About The Position

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to regional and corporate executives. This key role serves as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of executive offices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is committed to supporting organizational excellence.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three (3) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting.
  • Must be able to type at least 60 w.p.m.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
  • Shorthand experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Performs essential clerical duties.
  • Attend and facilitate departmental and clinical meetings.
  • Maintain files, manage contracts and communicate important messages on behalf of the executive team.
