About The Position

G2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to NAVWAR leadership. In this role, you’ll contribute to mission-focused operational and program management support by managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and briefing materials, and tracking leadership actions through completion while working alongside a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of professional experience providing administrative, executive, or organizational support.
  • Experience coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel, correspondence, and action items.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate requirements, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance at start with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance after start.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD or government programs.
  • Experience supporting senior Government, military, or executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with NAVWAR, Navy, or comparable DoD program environments.
  • Experience preparing executive-level correspondence, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.
  • Experience tracking leadership actions, taskers, and suspense items through completion.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and competing leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and leadership engagements, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate official travel arrangements and associated administrative requirements.
  • Prepare, review, format, and route correspondence, briefing materials, reports, and other leadership documentation.
  • Track leadership actions, taskers, commitments, and suspense dates through completion.
  • Anticipate administrative and operational requirements and proactively address scheduling, coordination, and information needs.
  • Maintain effective communication across Government leadership, program offices, and supporting organizations.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and administrative information in accordance with applicable processes and requirements.
  • Support administrative procedures that improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
  • Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information and leadership priorities.
