About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to senior leadership. If you thrive on momentum, anticipate what's needed before you're asked, and bring calm command to a fast-moving day, we want to hear from you. This is not a sit-and-wait support role. You'll be the operational backbone for a busy senior executives — managing calendars that run the company's day, clearing obstacles, keeping commitments on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll move fast, juggle competing priorities, and represent the executive with polish and discretion at every turn.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior executives.
  • High energy, a proactive mindset, and the drive to stay two steps ahead.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail — you don't drop things.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and a polished, professional presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern productivity and scheduling tools.
  • Grace under pressure and the flexibility to pivot as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

  • Own and orchestrate complex, ever-changing calendars — meetings, calls, and priorities across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics, and adjust on the fly when plans change.
  • Prepare the executives for every meeting — agendas, briefing materials, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact, managing communications and screening with sound judgment.
  • Track expenses, process reimbursements, and handle confidential documents with absolute discretion.
  • Coordinate projects and events end-to-end, partnering across departments to keep initiatives moving.
  • Handle occasional personal requests that come with supporting a senior leaders.
