About The Position

This is not a traditional administrative support position. As Executive Assistant to the Sr. AVP, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, travel logistics, meeting preparation, and follow-up with precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Sr. AVP and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Drive operational efficiency through independent process management, documentation, and workflow coordination.
  • Conduct research and synthesize information to support executive decision-making, presentations, and policy materials.
  • Lead and manage special projects, exercising sound judgment and independent problem-solving with minimal oversight.
