About The Position

Manage the Squadron Commander’s and leadership front office calendars, meetings, correspondence, and administrative suspense items. Track squadron taskers, awards, recognition packages, and other time-sensitive actions through completion. Draft, format, review, and route memorandums, reports, briefings, and other official correspondence. Research and gather list of all needed office supplies and coordinate the purchases; coordinate service requests; and maintain accountability for assigned equipment and government property. Maintain office files, records, continuity materials, trackers, and administrative standard operating procedures. Support personnel actions, onboarding, out-processing, training, timekeeping, and other routine administrative requirements, as assigned. Coordinate squadron events, ceremonies, meetings, offsite functions, and visitor support. Lead setup and meeting readiness for project management reviews (PMR) and staff meetings. Serve as a primary administrative liaison with other AEDC organizations (including geographically separated units), installation agencies, mission partners, and squadron personnel. Identify administrative issues, recommend solutions, and ensure actions are completed accurately and on time. Provide front-office customer service by responding to routine inquiries, directing visitors and callers to the appropriate Government point of contact, and maintaining a professional reception area.

Requirements
