About The Position

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise productivity tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Organize travel including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
  • Process expense reports for executives and related organizations
  • General CEO support, follow-ups, and continuity
  • Managing board and committee communications, including distribution of materials and correspondence
  • Scheduling quarterly board meetings, committee sessions, and preparatory calls
  • Supporting agenda development in collaboration with executive leadership and committee chairs
  • Preparing, formatting, and refining PowerPoint presentations and related board materials
  • Providing live meeting support, including presenting slides and managing logistics during board and committee meetings
  • Recording, drafting, and finalizing accurate and timely meeting minutes
  • Maintaining organized document storage systems, ensuring version control and historical recordkeeping
  • Tracking board and committee membership, terms, and related governance documentation
