The primary purpose of this role is to provide executive-level administrative support to the Tribes Pastors through scheduling, clerical functions, and comprehensive project management within the Tribes Department. This includes oversight of campus projects, department-wide initiatives, and champion-led projects to ensure alignment, execution, and timely completion. The role of an Executive Assistant is to free the Tribes Pastors from project management and administrative responsibilities, enabling them to focus their time and energy on strategic leadership and high-impact priorities. Steward well church and personal finances, relations, time, and health Help transform lives by regularly inviting others to our church services Emotional health and balance between handling multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously Passion for Representing God to the Lost & Found Willing to become a member of TC and submit to the direction of the pastors and Lead Staff Passion for putting Christ in the middle of a culture HAND (Expectations + Duties): Act on behalf of the Tribes Pastor as communicator via email, text, or public speaking Budget Management for assigned departments Project management and leadership Recurring project oversight of: Outreach Email Outreach Events as assigned Tribes Monday Board Tribes Events as assigned Collaborating with the Campus Department to ensure Lobby Takeover is done with excellence Tribes Trainings Marketing, creative ideation, and promos of Tribes as assigned Campus projects and initiatives Managing an active calendar of appointments for the Tribes Pastor Serve as the main point of contact for the Tribes Pastors Oversee all administrative communication - emails, texts, and calls Handle meeting requests Collaboratively communicate with the Tribes Department as well as other TC staff and departments Composing and preparing correspondence, many confidential Personally assist during weekend experiences and major events at Transformation Church Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, + agendas for TC-related trips/events/meetings Aid in preparation for meetings + events through the production of documents, decor, meals, digital presentation setup , etc All other duties as assigned Head (Knowledge + Training):
