About The Position

This role provides high-level administrative, analytical, and operational support to streamline the CFO's workload. Being a strategic partner who increases the CFO’s focus on high-impact financial strategies, enhances cross-departmental collaboration, acts as a liaison between the finance department and other stakeholders, and maintains confidentiality in sensitive matters.

Requirements

  • High-level administrative support
  • managing complex calendars, travel and expenses
  • Complex calendar management
  • proactively gatekeeping and managing the CFO's schedule, prioritizing high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders while protecting "focus time"
  • Organize virtual and in-person meetings
  • Coordinate global travel and logistics for intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and 24/7 monitoring of changes
  • Manage expenses and review departmental expense reports for policy compliance before final approval
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CFO, filtering inquiries from investors, auditors, and department heads with extreme discretion
  • Coordinate high-level meetings for Finance, Audit, and Investment Committees
  • Assist in preparing and formatting executive-ready materials, including financial statements, financial board decks, and investor presentations
  • Compile confidential materials for the Financials of the Board Meeting and the Audit Committee materials
  • Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance the efficiency of the finance division
  • Act as a bridge between other departments to track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Lead or assist with ad-hoc projects
