About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a high-visibility role where you will play a critical part in keeping executive operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes pride in being a trusted partner to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and anticipate leadership needs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities
  • Ensure the CEO is informed and prepared with daily updates on meetings, deadlines, and key initiatives
  • Draft and prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and Board of Directors materials
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal leaders, partners, and vendors
  • Coordinate travel, leadership meetings, and company events
  • Triage incoming requests and help prioritize executive initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
