About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leadership to provide high-level support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will operate as the CEO’s trusted partner and right hand , helping manage priorities, executive communications, and key leadership initiatives. This role serves as a central communication hub between the CEO, leadership team, employees, and external partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills , strong organizational ability, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced business environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, executive scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Draft and edit executive-level correspondence, emails, and reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and leadership summaries
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and executive communications
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners
  • Track priorities and follow-up items from executive meetings
  • Support executive initiatives and strategic projects
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company information
