About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is central to creating structure, clarity, and momentum—ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while key priorities move forward with consistency and follow-through. This role requires strong judgment, proactive thinking, and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing time, coordinating priorities, and supporting execution across key initiatives. This includes: Owning and optimizing the CEO’s calendar to reflect priorities and maximize impact Serving as a thoughtful gatekeeper, balancing accessibility with focus Preparing agendas, materials, and briefing documents for leadership and executive meetings Supporting the development, consolidation, and quality of leadership materials and deliverables Capturing action items and ensuring follow-through across stakeholders Tracking commitments and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams Supporting coordination and communication across the executive team Managing complex domestic and international travel and building detailed, efficient itineraries Drafting and editing communications on behalf of the CEO as needed Coordinating board-related timelines and ensuring stakeholders stay on track with deliverables Handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and judgment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of executive assistant experience, supporting senior leaders (VP level or above) Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly Experience supporting leadership meetings and preparing executive-level materials Ability to track multiple workstreams and ensure follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism Comfortable operating behind the scenes while influencing outcomes Nice to Have Experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive Familiarity with collaboration tools and AI tools Environment High-growth company in build mode Distributed executive team with strong ownership CEO is highly engaged, relationship-driven, and in high demand Tools Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) required.
