Requirements

  • Associate degree or comparable professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Confidence and professional presence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort using technology to improve productivity and a willingness to embrace emerging tools, including artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive working style.
  • Ability to remain composed, flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, personable and kind, with a collaborative approach.
  • A sense of humor.

Nice To Haves

  • 10 or more years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
  • Experience supporting a CEO, President, COO, C-suite executive, or other senior leader.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors, governance activities, or senior leadership teams.
  • Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and independently develop solutions.
  • Manage competing requests, ask questions, and respectfully push back when necessary.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
  • Interact comfortably with executives, Board members, physicians, employees, and community partners.
  • Notice what needs to be done and take action without waiting to be directed.
  • Remain composed, flexible, and effective in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
