The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO). Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following. This is a temporary position expected to run through June 30, providing overlap for training and transition, followed by coverage for an employee departing the organization. The schedule will begin part-time, three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday, approximately 21–24 hours) in-office through March 27. Beginning March 30 through June 30, the role will transition to a full-time hybrid schedule, with Monday and Friday working from home and Tuesday–Thursday in-office, subject to operational needs. Standard hours for the role are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
