About The Position

The EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT reports to the VP, Technology and Engineering, and will be located in our Research Center facility. Key responsibilities will include performing a variety of complex and responsible administrative duties and projects. This role provides high-level administrative support to the VP, Technology and Engineering, and may also provide administrative support to Research Center Staff. The position involves coordinating Non-Disclosure Agreements and Patents for Howmet, which requires coordinating information with location leadership, Engineering, Commercial Organization, and Legal. The Executive Assistant will work independently and in collaboration with others to manage and complete various projects, arrange and coordinate international and domestic travel, and manage meetings. This role also includes completing the VP, Technology and Engineering's expense reporting, developing itineraries and agendas, attending meetings as an executive representative and reporting on proceedings, and administering and coordinating recognition awards and events for the Research Center. The Executive Assistant will also prepare correspondence, reports, documents, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five years related experience working with an executive or senior level manager.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
