About The Position

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer, enabling them to focus on what matters most. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in complexity but never gets lost in it: you see the whole board, anticipate what's needed before it's asked for, and have a genuine bias for action. Based in San Francisco, you'll be the connective tissue across a global Product & Development organization — coordinating seamlessly across time zones (including Sydney), keeping momentum going around the clock, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own the calendar, the logistics, and the operational rhythm so your executives can stay focused on the strategic work only they can do.
