Keep reading: The Role Responsible for the adminmistrative management of the Operations organization to include, but not limited to, the following: Coordination of regular meetings schedules for operations VP, mangement of all office functions for CSA III 3rd floor, organization and management of VP level actions, file management and communications, directs all interface with the VP function and controls scheduling to assure efficient organization of activities. Also performs special duties and assignments as directed.

Requirements

  • High School and 6 years additional education and/or administrative, clerical, secretarial experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree and/or demonstrated project management experience preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
