Requirements

  • A minimum of five years related and successful experience supporting senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level support in the Office of the Vice President, Academic and Students (VPAs).
  • Undertake activities in support of strategic and operational goals, managing relationships across departments and Faculties, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Provide office reception duties.
  • Lead special projects.
  • Support event planning.
  • Coordinate various committee meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the Office of the VPAS.
  • Be proactive, anticipating the team's needs and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Approach work with a professional attitude and focused attention to detail.
  • Assess and respond to a wide range of issues, both general and confidential.
  • Research and information gathering.
  • Responding to inquiries.
  • Assisting with projects and miscellaneous requests.
  • Proofreading documents.
  • Preparing confidential and/or general correspondence.
  • Scheduling and calendar management.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
