About The Position

We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to join the Office of the President and work closely with our Executive Vice President and President. This is a high-trust role for someone who is comfortable with traditional executive support and capable of growing well beyond it. You will manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, logistics, expenses, communications, and the countless details required to keep a busy executive office running smoothly. You will also help track projects, coordinate across the organization, gather information, follow up with senior leaders, and make sure important priorities do not get lost. Over time, the role can expand into special projects, executive operations, investments, outside partnerships, and broader business and family-office responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized, mentally quick, and difficult to overwhelm
  • Ability to keep track of hundreds of moving pieces while still understanding what actually matters
  • Comfortable doing assistant work and taking pride in doing it exceptionally well
  • Strong judgment and ability to operate without every step being spelled out
  • Resilient and comfortable with direct feedback
  • Ability to operate at full speed when needed and not feel compelled to create activity when things are quiet
  • Low ego, high standards, strong attention to detail, and excellent discretion
  • Reliable and trustworthy

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics
  • Coordinate across senior executives, employees, advisors, vendors, and outside partners
  • Keep track of a large and constantly changing number of projects, commitments, and follow-ups
  • Make sure important items move forward and deadlines are met
  • Prepare materials and information for meetings and decisions
  • Handle expenses, reservations, events, and occasional personal logistics
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they require escalation
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support special projects across multiple areas of the organization
  • Build systems that help the executive team operate more effectively
  • Take on increasing responsibility as trust and capability are demonstrated
