This hybrid role combines strategic executive support with workplace operations leadership, serving as a trusted partner to two Vice Presidents while creating an exceptional employee experience for our Toronto team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys balancing executive priorities with the day-to-day management of a dynamic office. This individual will be a positive reflection of eBay's culture and values, interacting regularly with leaders across the company, employees, customers, vendors, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, approachable, and resourceful. Someone who enjoys being the person others rely on to keep things running efficiently, whether assisting senior leaders, coordinating a team event, or managing office operations.
