As Executive Assistant to the Chief Communications Officer and VP of Communications, you'll provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the MarCom (Marketing/Communications) leadership team. You'll manage complex calendars and inboxes, coordinate leadership meetings, track action items, organize team communications and events, and handle travel and expense approvals. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll help optimize time, streamline processes, and support operational planning across the organization. You'll also collaborate with the CMO's EA and cross-functional partners to drive alignment on key projects, milestones, and company events. This is a full time role in our San Francisco hub.
