About The Position

Sandisk is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to partner with IT leadership. This role will provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President and multiple Vice Presidents by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, is focused, and innovative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking, and attention to detail. This dynamic role allows for independent work on projects and requires the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities. A positive attitude and a team player mentality are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience required)
  • 5+ years supporting an SVP
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Great attention to detail and the maturity to manage confidential information is a must.
  • Intuitive problem-solver with thoughtful anticipation of deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive calendar; coordinate across senior executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests.
  • Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists.
  • Coordinate complex logistics for travel by developing itineraries, booking domestic and international flights, arranging transportation and accommodation. Visa and passport processing if necessary.
  • Provide vacation coverage for other EAs as needed.
  • Coordination of staff meetings, all hands meetings, offsites including tracking of action items and follow-ups.
  • Manage a wide range of administrative and executive related tasks, including drafting routine correspondence and organizing/maintaining electronic files, updating distribution lists, onboarding new hires, creating/updating organizational charts, expense approvals, creating PR/PO and coordinate AV and IT requirements for meetings.
  • Reconcile expenses in a timely manner adhering to Sandisk’s global expense policies.
  • Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively, looking around corners for solutions and using existing resources in problem-solving.
  • Assist with formatting, editing, creating and consolidation of presentations and other office documents. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus!
  • Interact regularly and build relationships with executives and colleagues across various teams.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently but take direction as needed with a positive attitude.
