About The Position

Everfox is seeking an Executive Assistant III to provide comprehensive administrative support to executive officers, specifically the CEO or President. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures, along with the ability to handle highly confidential and critical information. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing information for executive discussions and meetings, creating presentation materials for board meetings, and making sensitive high-level contacts both internally and externally. This position involves working on complex problems requiring analysis and judgment within established guidelines. A professional certification or equivalent experience working with senior executives, customers, vendors, and other dignitaries is essential. This is a fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Experience collecting and preparing information for executive staff and outside individuals.
  • Experience preparing presentation materials for board of director meetings.
  • Experience making high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Broad application of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
  • Determines and develops approach to solutions; work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
  • Contributes to the development of organization’s goals and objectives.
  • University degree and 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
