We’re looking for an Executive Assistant II who thrives at the center of fast‑moving, high‑stakes work. In this role, you won’t just support executives—you’ll become an essential extension of their leadership, enabling them to operate at their highest level while keeping the organization running with precision and momentum. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in high-level leadership support or 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and heavy travel management.
  • Expertise in team coordination and serving as an information hub.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Event coordination experience.
  • Note-taking skills.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-tech companies.
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently.
  • End-to-end project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as an extension of the executives.
  • Manage complex executive-level calendars and scheduling.
  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage logistics.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with end-to-end project management and administrative details.
