The Executive Assistant II provides direct support to the Chairman of the Hematology/Medical Oncology Division within the Tisch Cancer Center of Mount Sinai. The Division Chairman is responsible for the oversight of over 100 full-time faculty members, a clinical fellowship training program with 23 trainees, and the overall financial and operation health of a wide array of cancer disease-specific programs and research laboratories. The Executive Assistant II will be required to manage the clinical, administrative and/or academic activities relating to the Division Chairman’s multiple roles. Duties will include time-sensitive calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, triaging of emails and calls, preparation of presentation materials and overseeing monthly newsletter. The ideal has excellent communication skills and be able to handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with professionalism. The Tisch Cancer Center is a vital component of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and plays a key role in the Mount Sinai Health System, which is one of the largest health care systems in the nation.
