About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and confidential Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide executive-level administrative and operational support. This role serves as a trusted partner to the CHRO, managing complex calendars, coordinating executive meetings, preparing presentations and reports, facilitating communication with senior leadership, and supporting strategic Human Resources initiatives across the health system. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, exercises exceptional judgment, and demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and outstanding organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting a C-suite executive.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources executives or healthcare leadership strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience managing complex calendars and executive schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources operations and practices.
  • Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, prioritizing meetings and scheduling across multiple leaders and departments.
  • Coordinate executive leadership meetings, committee meetings, and Board-related HR presentations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize travel arrangements, conference registrations, and expense reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CHRO.
  • Handle highly confidential employee, organizational, and business information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate special projects, strategic initiatives, and Human Resources programs.
  • Track departmental priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support preparation of executive dashboards, HR metrics, and workforce reports.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
