About The Position

The Executive Assistant – Golf will serve as a trusted partner to the President of TGL & WTGL, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring seamless execution across key business priorities. Primarily supporting the President, this individual will also provide limited support to select executives, focused specifically on travel and expense coordination. Acting as a central point of coordination across internal leadership and external partners, this role enables efficient decision-making, strong stakeholder alignment, and effective day-to-day operations across both leagues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (President, SVP, or C-level preferred)
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and problem-solve proactively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools

  • Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or a similarly dynamic industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage a highly complex, evolving calendar while prioritizing meetings and commitments with strong judgment
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
  • Plan and execute detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for league events and key engagements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication on behalf of the President
  • Track and support key initiatives, ensuring follow-through on action items, deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and materials for leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic sessions
  • Support coordination of league events, partner meetings, and executive-level engagements across TGL & WTGL
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Provide travel and expense support to additional executives, representing approximately 20% of overall responsibilities
  • Support ad hoc projects and priorities as needed
