  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, operate independently, and exercise sound judgment.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating across global or distributed teams.
  • Comfortable interfacing with enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Enthusiastic about supporting high-impact leaders and contributing to organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate global meetings, and prioritize shifting demands across multiple time zones.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of sales leadership.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, expense reports, and approvals.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to track enterprise pipeline, key account activities, and deal milestones.
  • Help prepare executive-level briefings, QBR decks, and board-ready sales summaries.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting cadence by assisting with data validation and follow-up actions.
  • Support event logistics for major sales initiatives (kickoffs, partner summits, customer conferences, etc.).
  • Manage internal meeting rhythms (1:1s, forecast calls, team syncs, meeting minutes) and follow-through on action items.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team-building activities for enterprise sales personnel.
  • Track and report key deadlines, renewals, and account planning deliverables.
  • Develop and refine administrative processes to improve productivity and executive efficiency.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, life, and short/long-term disability insurance
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave
  • Competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution match
  • Welcoming, family-style corporate culture uniquely suited to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and motivated individuals
  • One of San Antonio’s “Best Places to Work” for nine consecutive years
