This role provides primary administrative support to the CEO of PowerCo US and secondary support to other managers within PowerCo US.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience with executives
  • Experience managing calendars
  • Experience preparing presentations and meeting materials at a board level
  • Ability to coordinate travels and logistics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Power Point)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar (meeting coordination, preparation blockers..)
  • Manage business travels (booking, logistics..) and travel expense reports
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops and (team) events
  • Support the CEO in meeting and workshop preparation, including agendas, key messages and documents
  • Help structure workflows, decision preparation and information flow
  • Maintain open point lists and track follow-up actions to ensure execution
  • Support internal communication drafts (announcements, all hands meetings)
  • Prepare documents and align them with stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing projects or workstreams.
  • Flexible schedule to support global time zones and occasional after-hours meetings

  • Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position as base salary is $84,460 - $109,180 USD, plus target amount of short term incentive plan of 8%.
