About The Position

Executive Assistant, Connected Care Strategy Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Business Development, Connected Care, this role will also support the Connected Care Chief of Staff executing EA activities with excellent judgment and discretion, based in Cambridge, MA. Your role: Performs pro-actively and independently the full range of executive administrative tasks which involves a very high level of responsibility and are of a confidential nature (calendar management, meetings, plan video/conferences, travel arrangements, expense report etc.), aligning activities and processes with the demands of the executives or departments supported. Collaborate and coordinate with other Executive Assistants globally and across North America, sharing knowledge with a continuous focus on improvements in purpose of tools, processes, and approaches with others. Navigate complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and documents for travel-related meetings (both domestic and international) and process related expense reports. Organize, coordinate and host meetings and events including pre-meeting setup, communicating agenda, note taking, tracking and follow up on identified action items. Responsible for the department procurement cards and purchase orders processing Support new employee onboarding activities (initial introductory meeting scheduling, coordinating equipment set-up with IT, and coordinating badge procurement) when needed You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 4 + years of work experience in an executive assistant role in a dynamic and global environment. Strong experience in calendar management, expense reporting and international travel management, required. Your skills include administrative procedures and proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Workday, Concur and ability to learn new tools; strong oral and written communications to create e-mails and announcements, PPT savvy to support with major presentations as well as working closely with employees and leadership. You have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred or equivalent. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re also available in the Cambridge office for at least 3 days a week, required and you are a pro-active problem preventer who takes initiative and makes independent decisions. You possess a hands-on mentality, are self-motivated, detail-oriented, with meticulous organizational skills. You know how to set priorities under pressure and manage time and workload. Ability to exercise discretion and apply good judgement in making decisions and work independently and as part of a team, are a must. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in MA is $37/hour to $59/hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
