JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of a Centerstone CEO and the Board of Directors. Facilitates and ensures positive communication with internal and external customers, as well as board members. Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and presentations; maintains meeting minutes and board meeting records. Assists in planning annual board retreat. Supports special projects, acts as executive liaison to resolve issues and support company initiatives.
