About The Position

The Executive Administrator plays a key role in creating a positive experience for employees, visitors, customers, and company leadership. This position serves as the first point of contact for the Lincoln office while providing administrative support to executives, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative, customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to company executives and leadership team members.
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and conference room reservations.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks assigned.
  • Help executives stay organized and informed regarding priorities and commitments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors at the Lincoln office.
  • Greet guests, customers, vendors, and applicants in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls for all company locations.
  • Respond to general inquiries and connect callers with appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Coordinate ordering and inventory of office supplies, snacks, beverages, and breakroom essentials.
  • Monitor office inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming common areas.
  • Coordinate deliveries and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Partner with Human Resources to support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee appreciation activities, celebrations, volunteer opportunities, and company events.
  • Help execute employee recognition programs and culture-building activities.
  • Support company communications related to employee events and engagement efforts.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador of the company's culture and values.
