Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison for multiple executives, managing priorities, communications, and daily operational flow
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve scheduling, conflicts, and execution barriers
  • Prepare executives for internal and external engagements, including briefing materials, talking points, and follow-ups
  • Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple leaders with competing priorities
  • Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including leadership forums, offsites, and enterprise-wide sessions
  • Drive meeting effectiveness through agenda development, material preparation, and action tracking
  • Draft and manage executive communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with leadership messaging
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional teams, business partners, and external stakeholders
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure accountability on key deliverables and commitments
  • Support execution of business rhythms including reporting, leadership updates, and planning cycles
  • Manage logistics for events, travel, offsites, and key leadership initiatives
  • Track and manage operational processes such as expense reporting, approvals, and organizational updates
  • Assist in preparation of executive reports, presentations, and business reviews
  • Monitor and track key initiatives, ensuring timely progress and escalation where appropriate
  • Maintain organizational artifacts such as org charts, contact lists, and leadership materials
