Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Quick learner of new tools and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars for executives
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Make travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
  • Maximize the executive’s time by drafting correspondence and documents
  • Manage multiple email inboxes for executives
  • Handle expense management and reporting
  • Provide customer/supplier support as needed
  • Perform other executive admin responsibilities as required
