About The Position

Provides administrative support to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Organizes all travel arrangements for all company business travel. Maintains Executive calendars.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail
  • Proven proficiency with Excel, Database and Word
  • Proven experience with confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience with Travel management
  • Minimum 3 years executive level administrative experience
  • Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to CEO
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements
  • Support company involvement in community activities
  • Maintain Calendars for ELT
  • Take and publish meeting minutes report from weekly ELT meeting
  • Coordinate Customer On-site Visits
  • Other duties as assigned
