Small Giants is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) who thrives in a high-pressure, high-accountability environment. Supporting our Founder & President Danielle Feroleto, you operate with a unique blend of extraordinary detail-orientation and the ability to pivot instantly as strategic priorities shift. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven success as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced industry (AEC/CRE experience is a plus).
  • Track record of driving efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness and mature with a professional presence.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity, brevity, and authority.
  • Integrity and Discretion: Handle sensitive business and personal matters with unwavering honesty, ethical conduct, and the highest level of professional honor and discernment.
  • Accountability and Goal-Driven: Take full ownership of goals and results, delivering on commitments with precision and proactively owning errors to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, fast-paced professional calendar; anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to maximize the President’s focus on high-level strategy for the agency and its clients.
  • Proactively evolve your understanding of how to best prioritize meeting requests and professional commitments.
  • Provide seamless day-to-day, in-office support that keeps the President’s schedule running smoothly, ensuring written and verbal communication is concise and timely.
  • Screen all incoming communications and correspondence, responding where able and delegating actions to other team members as appropriate.
  • Act as a professional liaison with clients, prospective clients, employees, and community leaders, maintaining high standards for quality and factual communication.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel itineraries (air, hotel, car, dining) and provide personal support to ensure all professional and personal obligations are met with precision.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential personal and company information with high integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and internal materials as needed, including daily, weekly, and meeting briefings with clear insights, context, and decision points.
  • Complete duties as assigned by your manager.
