An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered. Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week. Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required. An associates degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of six (6) years’ high-level assistant/office management experience ideally in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and ability to effectively multi- task with a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks.
  • Manages multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision is required.
  • Ability to interface with staff and senior level leaders, and executive leadership of internal/external partners is required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Proficient with eMarketplace, Concur

Responsibilities

  • Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice.
  • Provides support for internal teams in the Administration & Secretarial area.
  • Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • Completes tasks and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Completes administrative support functions to facilitate executive's ability to effectively lead the organization.
  • Draft communication with employees, management, external business contacts, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Records data and supports organization of presentation materials and other documentation in a variety of formats.
  • Assists organization of meetings and scheduling, supporting coordination of venues, materials, and technology support.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
