Willow Valley Communities is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant who a provides high level of administrative support to the President & CEO, COO, and CFO. The role combines administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication management. The Executive Administrative Assistant demonstrates a high level of professionalism and maintains confidentiality of company activities. The Executive Administrative Assistant shares pertinent information with Senior Leadership to assist in proper management of the Community.
