Requirements

  • Executive-level calendar management experience with senior leaders
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking ability
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting executives in a large, complex corporate environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Outlook, expense systems, and travel platforms
  • Experience partnering with chiefs of staff and cross-functional admin teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars for two senior leaders, including prioritization and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Process business expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and team activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, executives, and external partners
  • Manage procurement of goods/services and support vendor coordination
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and the broader team
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
