About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Sr. Human Resources Leader and Vice President of Total Rewards. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a critical force-multiplier, enhancing leadership productivity and ensuring seamless communication across our staff, external partners, and field affiliates. Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience supporting the HR environment (preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to learn new HRIS and other software quickly.
  • Discretion & Judgment: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute integrity and "read the room" in high-stakes situations.
  • Adaptability: A "no task too small" mindset combined with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: A self-motivated professional who anticipates needs before they arise and crafts creative, pragmatic solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on superior customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Leader Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate intricate travel logistics and expense reporting.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Independently initiate HR projects and lead the planning and execution of internal events, training workshops, and large onsite meetings.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as a professional liaison, building positive relationships at all levels of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare sophisticated summaries, presentations, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Operational Oversight: Proactively manage follow-up tasks and, when necessary, help direct support staff or resources to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
