About The Position

As an Executive Administrative Assistant , you will provide advanced support to senior staff while ensuring professional execution of administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-through. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Support strategic initiatives by organizing information, tracking deliverables, and assisting with project coordination. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative and logistical issues. Assist with event planning, meeting logistics, and document preparation. Prepare, process, and reconcile executive expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures. Salary Range The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $87,200 - $119,900 USD We use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Zoom). Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
