About The Position

VEKA, a manufacturer of PVC profiles with over 900 employees in four US locations, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive Administrative Coordinator for its headquarters just north of Cranberry Township, PA in Fombell. Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent executive administrative experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with online banking, SAP, Concur, or project tracking tools is a plus
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and hands on meeting logistics
  • Anticipate priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on executive actions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence for senior leaders and board meetings
  • Coordinate logistics for visiting employees, guests, and executive events; manage hotel and travel relationships
  • Maintain corporate records and assist with tax filings, government forms, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Support accounting and finance activities including wire transfers, commissions, and executive communications
  • Identify process improvements and leverage Microsoft 365 tools to increase efficiency
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, and leadership on special projects and initiatives
