About The Position

You will oversee Administration Suite operations and provides administrative/ clerical support to designated members of the senior leadership team, as needed You will interact with physicians, hospital directors, other hospital executives, as well as patients and families You will screen telephone calls and visitors by directing them to the appropriate staff members, and facilitate the completion of department assignments. You will perform vvaried and complex administrative support services, which require knowledge of hospital policies, procedures and the use of independent judgment, discretion, diplomacy and initiative. You will maintain professional and effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team, and elevate the patient experience in every interaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
  • Notary Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience performing executive support functions, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proficient computer skills in multiple applications including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, ability to interact with a variety of individuals and consumer group
