The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to serve as Executive Director of Campus Capital and Space Planning. This is a high-impact executive role for a leader who can connect long-range vision with practical execution—bringing together capital planning, asset management, university planning, space utilization, data, and funding strategy into a cohesive institutional framework. Reporting to the Vice President of Campus Environments and Services, the Executive Director will serve as a trusted advisor to University leadership and a key connector across academic, administrative, operational, and governmental partners. The successful candidate will help drive disciplined, data-informed decisions about where and how UNM invests its capital resources, while strengthening the systems and strategies that support long-term asset stewardship. This role offers the opportunity to influence major institutional decisions, evolve campus planning practices, and help position UNM for long-term resilience, growth, and success.
