About The Position

Our Exclusion Repair Specialists are responsible for repairs/modifications to dwellings in relation to preventing rodents from entering the home. This role involves performing exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, setting up and building exclusion traps, and operating and maintaining service vehicles and equipment. Building customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits is also a key aspect of this position. The role also requires responding to phone and in-person service call requests on a timely basis and contacting customers to confirm scheduled services. Continuous learning is encouraged, with opportunities to become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of exclusion/pest control
• Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period

Nice To Haves

• Carpentry experience/working with hand tools and power tools a plus
• Carpentry, Handy man, and Construction experience (for up to $22 Hourly rate)
