Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid Michigan teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
- Adapt curriculum, assignments, and assessments to support access and engagement.
- Develop and maintain IEPs.

- Adjust instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
- Promote positive behavior and inclusive practices.
- Communicate with families about student growth and performance.
