Requirements
- MUST HAVE License from North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) in area of Exceptional Children's Teaching
- Experience and thorough understanding of Special Education in North Carolina
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional coaching and support to general education teachers to strengthen classroom instructional practices.
- Support teachers in differentiating instruction to meet a wide range of student learning needs and abilities.
- Model effective teaching strategies and provide guidance on instructional planning, classroom engagement, and student achievement.
- Partner with teachers to promote inclusive, effective learning environments that support the academic success of all students.
