About The Position

This is a position primarily in the Picking Department, working and communicating with all levels; Management, Supervisors and Associates. This position investigates Pick Exceptions and SAP procedures to resolve stock issues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Ability to effectively work independently.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours and climb stairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cartons weighing 35 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate Pick Exceptions and SAP procedures to resolve stock issues.
• Operate DOCS terminal.
• Effectively communicate with all levels.
• Control inventory levels for SAP.
• Work independently.
