Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: at least 6 months of experience within manufacturing or construction environment
Travel: 0-10%, based on company need

Responsibilities

Manages the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and leads the Material Review Board.
Leads NCM issues dispositioned as Supplier (Return to Vendor).
Manage and monitor the NCM Smartsheet to ensure proper and timely disposition of NCMs.
Identify NCM trends for continuous improvement.
Collaborates with all aspects of the business to ensure timely disposition of NCMs.
Audits NCM area to ensure data accuracy by ensuring physical presence of items.
Leads and manages the supplier corrective action process (SCAR) for repeat nonconformance.
Identifies and manages supplier nonconforming issues in BIM.
Manage Supplier Quality Scorecard and recommends corrections.
Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
