FTI (Faith Technologies, Inc.) is a leading company in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy, dedicated to redefining how energy is designed, applied, and consumed. Recognized as one of the "Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America," FTI fosters a "Culture of Care" for its team members. This Pipefitter position operates within a digitally driven fabrication workflow, utilizing BIM-generated spool drawings from platforms like Revit and Stratus. The role involves pipe fabrication, assembly, and installation of components such as valves, flanges, grooved systems, mechanical couplings, and specialty fittings. The Pipe Fitter / Welder may also assist in building mechanical equipment skids, copper headers, pipe racks, and other prefabricated assemblies. This position is ideal for skilled tradespeople who value craftsmanship and wish to work with modern fabrication technology in a clean, organized manufacturing environment, rather than constantly in the field. The shop features advanced equipment and digital workflows to enhance precision, efficiency, and weld quality, producing high-standard prefabricated piping systems and mechanical assemblies. This role offers stability, consistent shop work, structured production schedules, and long-term growth opportunities, contributing to one of North America's most advanced mechanical fabrication operations. FTI supports career development and continued education, rewarding top performers with competitive, merit-based compensation and a flexible, robust benefits package. Faith Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
