About The Position
WW Clyde is seeking a safety-conscious Excavator Operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in the Arizona Region. The ideal candidate will be able to operate equipment safely and efficiently to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while adhering to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with a commitment to safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience effectively operating an Excavator.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data.
- A commitment to safety at all times.
- Must be safety conscious with a record of working safely in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily proper inspections to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with management and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest level of quality.
- Operate equipment to perform activities such as excavating and grading, and backfilling excavations.
- Move materials, earth, and other heavy objects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
